The new version of the Blanco Koers is a fact and will from now on be implemented in various expressions, documents and discussed in meetings. This process was set in motion at the team day in November 2022 and, of course, has not ended with the presentation of this new version. The Blanco Koers belongs to all of us and it is important that it remains a reflection of our team. We therefore invite everyone to contribute their thoughts by continuing to discuss it with each other and contribute any ideas to the working group.
